Took literally 20 min to get 4 coffees. Asked three times and nothing. Occurred Nov 12 2022 @ 150pm. Not good customer service.
Food was OK. Service staff were very good and food arrived promptly.
They didn't give me any of my hashbrowns or put the Topping on the Iced Capp . Also the English muffins were very dry, is butter... not standard on them at this location? Asked for extra bacon on my breakfast sandwiches, didn't get it. Have to double checkeverything at this location or you're getting ripped off. avoid this tims, I come here everyday and they cannot understand English so you must repeat your order 6-10 times, fast and... slow. its like your teaching a pre schooler how to speak. and then after all the hassle they cannot get the order right. EVER Read more
Have not had internet for one month worst service in town if I come here I bring my own coffee rude people behind counter

Spent a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru waiting for one drink....and they got the drink wrong but we didn't notice... until we were home. Definitely won't be going back! Read more
