Stopped for lunch after Christmas shopping. Didn?t have the first sandwich I tried to order. So I tried ordering the same... sandwich my wife ordered. After 25 minutes of sitting and waiting, they came up to us to tell us they didn?t have that sandwicheither. No reason it should have taken that long to realize that. Clearly better communication is needed between the registerand kitchen. After 25 minutes, they didn?t even have our drinks ready until they were processing the refund. At least they gotthat part correct. Last time we stopped, the food was fantastic, but the wait was incredibly long. We won?t be back, andrecommend you stop somewhere else as well. Read more

It has gone downhill this year! I paid over $5 for a muffin that was frozen solid plus another $5 for a latte that was... terrible. A different person working was nice enough to make another latte and that one was good. Read more
