Just order at this location. They messed up both my wifes' order and my order. when I returned to have it corrected the woman at... the drive-thru window had an attitude and they only replaced the sandwiches. When I called and asked why our entire meal was notreplaced I was told that they "usually only replace what was "messed up"." I find this to be completely unacceptable and will besure to visit somewhere else in the future. Read more
I love Wendy?s when I dine in the food is great! When it comes to DoorDash and I spend 30 dollars on a kids meal and a ten piece... combo meal I expect the food to actually be hot it never Takes long for door day to get here so it should still be hot! For howmuch we pay for on DoorDash The food should be good and hot. Also my coke was very flat. Just a big disappointment to order foodand it not be good. Read more
Got Wendys via Doordash as that is what my daughter wanted. Apple "slices", more like apple bits. Chili cheese fries with NO... chili. Double BACON classic with no BACON. No bbq sauce for the daughters nuggets. This Wendys location is horrible. Both drivethru and now doordash orders have missed stuff. It is fast food for convenience. They want paid more but cant do simple taskslike reading an order and FILLING IT PROPERLY. Asked for 4 Jr. Bacon and got reg cheeseburgers. The were still good n I didn't bother them with it, just check your bag.
Thought I would give this place a second chance and I will NEVER go back here again! Their customer service is very poor, they... were extremely disrespectful in the drive thru and when I came back cause they made my order wrong. Apparently to thisrestaurant the "customer always right" saying is wrong. They kept tell me I was wrong when they messed up my food and I repeatedit 3 times for them cause on the screen it was wrong. wouldn?t even rate it a one. I called and their customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked them if they had a certain... item and they hung up. Called back and got sent to a beeping sound, then proceeded to call one more time and they were cocky andrude. Very disrespectful, poor service. Read more
