I believe her name is Bobbie, she has single handedly made me come back to Day O. I have had a bad experience in the past with... Day O, since then I have been going to Starbucks for my coffee fix. I was going through Lockeford and decided to try it one moretime. She was so nice, helped me decide what to order based on my taste and made me one of the best drinks I've ever had!! Iwill be going back just because of her, and even though she two lanes to deal by herself she still handled my order perfectly.Bobbie is a Saint and has made me a Day O buyer again :) Read more

Usually, Day O is very good and gives my family and I the correct drinks and it?s absolutely lovely! But I think Day O should... seriously think about the people they are hiring. We ordered 3 16 oz, 2 12 oz, and 1 12 oz split into two cups. All the samedrink, lemon-blueberry, with whipped cream. Simple, right? We get our drinks back and we have 3 16 oz drinks, 2 12 oz drinks and1 12 oz drinks split in half. The cups and measurements were correct, but the drinks were what concerned me. To the left you cansee a 12 oz that?s a completely different drink and to the left you can see a 16 oz that?s the correct lemon-blueberry, butneither have ANY whipped cream. We talked it over with the woman at the counter and she still didn?t understand the problem whenwe blatantly explained that she made our drinks wrong. We paid $29.99 for drinks that came out different then what we ordered.We just took our drinks and left and didn?t even bother refunding it. I advise that Day O seriously go over who they hire andavoid incompetent people who don?t know what they?re doing. Otherwise, their drinks are great, I love them! But their staffshould be monitored. It may be a small place, but people expect that their drinks are made the way they order them. Read more
