I got a dried up, messy, and falling apart tuna sandwich. Tuna was crumbley. Mustard and mayo were liquidly female didn't shake... them before spreading on my sandwich. I don't recommend going to this location for a subway. Read more

The place needs cleaning and mopping and the glass had fingerprints all over it as well as the lettuce was turning rusty and we... couldn't get fresh lettuce. As for drinks the ice machine was broken. Read more

Literally the worst location I have ever been to! Unfortunately this is the only subway on my way to work so I go in more than... I?d like to and almost every time there is something wrong. Either I try to do an online order and once I get my sandwich Irealize it is completely wrong or I go in to order and they only have 1 person working, so the short line takes 20 min+ to getthrough. I once ordered a steak and cheese melt, which is two ingredients. Steak. Cheese. When I got to work I realized theydidn?t put any cheese on the sandwich, it was just steak and bread. If you are unaware of the worst customer service I have ever received, let me describe: I created the order for curbside... pickup. After pickup and upon return to my home, I discovered one of the sandwiches had incorrect ingredients, so I called theCS number provided in the text message. I was told by the young female employee who answered the phone that she believed I wasincorrect; however, she would "take a look" if I returned to the restaurant. I immediately returned as it was not a sandwichfor myself. It was purchased for a guest who could not each cheese (dairy). I arrived at Subway for the second time, waited inline, and was then helped by a young female employee who said I was incorrect, and the sandwich met the requirements accordingto order #2 in the list. Due to my shock and frustration, I took the sandwich touched by two employees, myself and my familyguest and returned to my car. Once again, I opened the sandwiched, now completely saturated in vinegar that was falling apartand compared the ingredients with the list below and noticed the employee (who called me a liar) was again incorrect as it didnot contain all ingredients (the honey mustard) shown in sandwich #2 in the list. I left my car and went back into therestaurant, waited in line once again, and proved the sandwich was not made to the specifications shown for any of the orders.Finally, the employee agreed to make a new sandwich (after fulfilling everyone else?s order in line). I returned home with thenew sandwich for my guest who immediately noticed a dead fly in the lettuce. End of story, all sandwiches were discarded, and Ithrew away $35. In addition, I wasted an hour of my time with two young female Subway employees that provided the very worstcustomer service I have ever experienced. Read more

Per the manager, they don't honor coupons. So, I will drive to another subway and give them my money and probably break even on... gas. 2 stars because it was clean. Read more

Apparently this location is under new ownership hardly anybody there to help make sandwiches during lunch time the wait time is... long and some kid wearing a turbin has really bad customer service and his sandwiches come out sloppy. And that location isalways hot inside. Read more
