Wowser, I had never been to a Chicken Express before. Since Gold N Crisp is no more in LaGrange, this is my new favorite fried... chicken. Crispy, hot, delicious. A roll that's actually good, not just a throw away. Recommended. UPDATE: Unbelievable wait inthe drive through at quarter of 5. Like 3 cars, 20 minutes. Some unsettling hygiene from the clerk at the window. Chicken wasnot very hot. -1 star. UPDATE: Amazing slow at the drive thru at about 2 pm, but the product was hot and good. Always busy but worth the wait.
Glad when I order a four piece my "tenders" are smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonald's. I understand raising your prices... right now. But don't do this to your customers. My side of mashed potatoes is bigger than all these tenders. I would not feelcomfortable ripping people off this way. Read more
I'm NOT GOING HERE EVER AGAIN!! I went there at 10:40 am and they were closed. A man working inside waving me to drive away.... This is not the only time. So many times I went there at 8:30pm and their closed, store dark. Not to mention a rude lady at thewindow every single time. I loved this place, it was the only place me and my family go to get fried chicken. But this time wasmy last. I'm not going here anymore and taking my business elsewhere. Good Sweet tea, questionable fried chicken. Never the same, the but the attitude of some of the cashiers and managers is a 1/5... stars. There has to be an improvement someday. Read more
