Usually like this place. Today the quality was really off, and it was early dinner time not too busy. First my unsweet tea... tasted like cigarettes, had a sour taste. Sweet tea was old maybe? Mac and cheese tasted weird, chalky, old, and cold. Thechicken wings were not fresh I could tell I've had them at another Golden chick and they were great. Don't go here. Worst service. Only reason I go back is because the tea is good but the last 3 times I've gone they are out of... tea. Then tonight the gave me tenders instead of my 2 piece, over charged me, then I got no side and 2 gravys. I'm not goingback and am going to ask for a refund. For almost $12 I got 4 and a half tenders and a roll. Read more
Great chicken and it's so fresh and hot you'll have to wait for it to cool off before you can eat it. They also have great fried... catfish. Read more
Good chicken and the Mac n cheese was good too! Not sure where my jalapenos or cheese went in my poppers but other than just a... popper shell the chicken and rolls are always good when u need fried chicken! Read more

It is no wonder that the one sweet lady has been there for over 20 years. She knows how to take care of customers! So many... businesses spend all their time trying to tell customers what they CAN'T do, but this lady knows that people love businessesthat do all they CAN for their customers! Everytime I go to this location, she makes me fresh, hot okra and goes out of her wayto be friendly at the window! She even gave me a nice big cup of ice water too, which most businesses try to charge for just tonickel and dime their customers. I really appreciated her kindness and taking care of me today! As always I wasn't disappointed... this time I just got the chicken 8 piece....so good that I almost finished it by myself...yes... there is 5 piece left but I want it for a midnight snack later.. would go there 2 or 3 times a week if it didn't take me an hourto get there.. Read more
Went on Wednesday November 2 for dinner..(6:45 pm) we enjoyed it..My dad ordered catfish and enjoyed it alot..But what I saw was... the best kitchen crew...They all worked hard and the manager was doing an excellent job..Service was fast and superfriendly...Great Job Guys Read more
