Experienced the most shocking customer service experience of my life! The assistant manager did an eye roll at a valid complaint... and had a very aggressive demeanor. I've worked fast food so I am very considerate and thoughtful when it comes to voicingcomplaints which is rare to begin with so there was no excuse for her extremely unprofessional behavior. Absolutely no negativity towards the food and staff. Pizza is always delicious and staff is always helpful. But I will refuse to... eat at this location until they fix their air conditioning, which has been out for months. It is absolutely not okay for theemployees to be working under those conditions. I haven't ingested Little Squeezers in a large block of time. My order met my expectations to a high degree. The pie was hot... and made to order specs- and it was on time- a special bonus that defied the combines of a not-so-perfect day. I look for wardto visiting this venue in the near future. Read more
I ordered a large order of 10 hot & ready?s and 5 bags of crazy bread and they had my order completed at the time I needed it... for the 5/28/2022. They were friendly and I would rather go to this location then the Kyle location that is closer to me. Justfor there great customer service. I had no issues with them. We are regulars, & the food we ordered is always appetizing. The only thing they do is get you on taxes. How can a $5 pizza be... more than $6?!
