Worse place to dine in Lockhart I ordered 2 drinks and it takes over 15 minutes. we need new leadership! Dont be scared to hire... more employees to serve those who pay you. 11-16-22 update still one of the worse places. The past few times I've been there food quality has gone down. Their mozzarella sticks are stale. I ordered a Frito pie another... day that was cold, chips were stale, hardly any cheese or chili on it. Since then I stopped going to that Sonic. I'd rather goto Dairy Queen down the street. Never again that Sonic! Management sucks and are rude. When I was given my food I felt as if Iwas disturbing them or interrupting them on personal time. I felt very uncomfortable. Good quality and customer service hasdeclined dramatically! I'd rather drive to Sonic in Kyle! Where I know I get the best service and don't feel like I'm imposingon them. Read more
Card reader froze while trying to pay with card, when it was suggested to get it fixed the response was that it isn't Sonics... fault in a rude tone making us feel as if we were being told it was our fault. When the food came out burgers were madeincorrectly. 1 was supposed to be jalapeño burger with bacon. They charged me for the added bacon but didn't put it on theburger. 3 drinks were ordered but none of them marked to say which was which. Not a good experience at all. Poor service, wouldn't answer the phone. And after talked to the manager till, still didn't get... anywhere. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it carries Coke Zero on the fountain drink. Very disappointed???? ???? Read more
They have the friendliest car hops!! Sonic food is usually great but sometimes the employees are not so good. I received amazing... and quick service. Read more
There have been many times I've gone to this Sonic, where I have to sit forever in my car waiting for my order either parked, or... going thru their drive thru even, and one time even have had bad service when the young girl took my order out to me, but waspleasantly surprised this time around. This RARE time that I went, the one taking my order was very informative while answeringmy question, & I got it surprisingly quick! Read more
Watch your money back when you order here. They will pocket your change if they can. Me and my husband stopped to get something... to eat. The girl looked nice enough to trust so we didn't think much about what we had gotten back until we got home I hadlooked at the recipe and found out she had actually pocketed a dollar and some change. Do not trust these people. If they arewilling to steal from you then they're probably spitting in your food as well. Would not recommend. Read more
The burger was cold...like the pattie had been sitting there waiting to be ordered. All the topping on top of the burger made it... even colder. Yuck. Surprisingly the Tatertots were hot and didnt taste old. Read more
