The last 2 times have been bad. Drink was almost out tested awful and my cinnamon crispy were stale and hard
I did not go inside. But the drive through cashier was very patient.. the food was a lil old looking for my chalupas were old... and the meat greasy was all messed up one beef. One chicken . Waited what seemed to be forever along with another customer who said he?s been waiting for 45 minutes. It shouldn?t take 4... people to put stickers on posters while giggling/ cursing out loud and talking about not wanting to ruin their nails; alsosaying they don?t care how long a customer has to wait. I felt bad for the one male worker who was the only one trying to keepup with drive thru orders and dine in. Read more
I haven?t been to a Taco Bell since college but I had an idea of what mediocre (at best) tacos I would be getting. I ordered the... three soft tacos. They were not nearly as full as I remember. One was super small! In the drive thru, they asked if I wantedsauce and what kind. I asked for mild. I received none in my bag. We also ordered lemonade. They asked if strawberry was fine -that works! We ended up with two Hi-C Fruit Punches. Taco Bell can do better than this. This was right outside of Austin - gottakeep up with the taco game! Aug. 11 , at 4:30 Went into Lockhart Taco Bell placed my order went back to counter and asked for cups for our drinks. The girl... there told me to wait so stood there waiting. When she finally came over and handed me my cup And took off mumbling how I wasthere staring her down. When I asked for the Manger she said she was the manager so I told her there was no reason to be rude toget her s**t together she said I know. My wife and I were surprised at how well the food was prepared and tasted. In recent years Taco Bell's have been less than... consistent. Mediocre at best. However the wait was long. I would say it was because of the shortage of workers. But there werefour people working with only the guy working the window and one lady doing food prep seemed to be doing all the work. Twoyounger male workers just seemed to be there. No real contributions. I can say the restaurant was actually very clean otherthan a water leak that overtook the floor. I could do without the replaying of the same two annoying advertisements on the TV.They could trash the TV's since they do not enhance the eating experience or at least put on a news or sporting event. This taco bell is probably the worst one I have been to. They always screw up orders . Never get hot food ? Never get the sauces... we ask for ? For the prices we pay it should be perfect but it's far from that. The taco shells always seem stale ? The way theymake food it looks rushed ? Here is a photo of 2 Mexican pizzas we got . Very sloppy Poorly made wasn't even cut right , cold Icould go on and on . Only reason it's cut in the photo we did our selves at home . Read more
