This place is the worst. They prioritize there drive thru more then the counter. They are horrible cooks. Half cooked bacon,... mistakes that cause for replacements only to covered like it wouldn?t be noticed. And top it off they took 45 min for 2 mealsthat should only take 15-20 min no matter how busy it is. Whataburger is a place that used to hold value to there products. Hereas of late most places are like here full of lazy employees that don?t care for the job. Will not be returning. This placeshould be shut down. Read more
To be honest I feel they are way over priced for their food. I ordered a kids meal and a regular burger with fries and a... chocolate Shake small and it was 17.00 and some change. The kids meal burger only had mustard and pickles and was very dry. Ifeel they need to add ketchup to it. The lettuce on the other was a bit wilty. And it was lukewarm at best and the kids burgerwas completely cold. I feel you could go to a lot more places and get hot food and have a better fast food meal for comparableor less . Read more
Not what I have grown to expect from this business. Had a trainee on counter with heavy crowds. Food not up to par. Onion rings... not as good usual. Hamburger patty so thin it had a hole about it he size of a half dollar in center. Seemed to have been madeby hand and pressed out to about one eighth inch thick. Read more
We are doing Keto but you can still enjoy Whataburger's food by nixing the bun and substituting apple slices for the fries.
Drive thru customer service is lacking. We waited over 5 minutes for our order. At the pick-up window, we sat awhile and nobody... greeted us to let us know our order was coming. Once our order finally came, the cashier did confirm the name of our order, butdid not offer any condiments. We sat at the window until she came back so we could request our condiments. When we went to eatour meal, there were no utensils, and part of our order required them to eat. Read more
The employees were standing around gossiping and talking about inappropriate things in front of customers. When it was time for... me to order one of the employees stopped me from ordering so he could ask the person helping me about some gossip.
