The food was good but some extras were not available like cheese and salad dressing. It was before 7 so possibly didn't want to... open containers? A few of the workers weren't terribly helpful. Read more

The fact that the manager who proved to clearly not know how to work his own system debates back and forth about a discount... instead of owning up to his own lack of knowledge and just honoring it or make the food the only way he knows how to ring it up,he decides to go in a full on debate while still having a crazy long line and no apology for when one of his employees did itcorrectly. That was the breaking point you won?t even acknowledge the inconsideration of it all. Therefore they never have toworry about my patronage at this location ever again. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We previously had bad service and incorrect orders at this location. We have not... ordered in months, so decided to give it one more shot. That was a mistake. Ordered online for window pick up. After waiting atleast 15 mins with one car infront of me, I get home to find the order was completely wrong. Went back to the store, told themwhat happened. They offered no apology for the incorrect order. I asked for a refund, was told they cannot help me and I'dhave to call a corporate number. I left the food at the store and did call their corporate number. The person I spoke too on thephone was extremely helpful. The store manager gave me excuses of being new and retraining staff. That's fine, but still didn'ttake care of the current issue. A little apology and attempt to make it right goes a long way. I get losing one customer may notbe a big deal, but I definitely won't be a repete customer! Read more

Again our online order of 2 buritto bowls both with quacamole came minus the quac. That is 2.60 a piece plus tax again they... cheated me. You cant get anyone in place to complain to and online is a joke. I will never go back there again and I lovechiopotle. Read more

Got a chicken burrito bowl Doordashed to the house. I had ordered it with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. It showed up... with just cold chicken inside. Super disappointing. I will NOT be going to the Lockport location or ordering from there again.If I could give it zero stars I would. Read more

Overall a good experience. Was able to refill my beverage. Clean environment. Courteous staff. The single thing I would... change is the steak on my borrito,. It was a bit to tough or chewy for my liking. I think I'll stick with the chicken in thefuture. Thank you. Read more

This was an online order/pickup tonight around 6PM. My steak bowl was missing almost 1/2 of what is normally in it, see the... photo. One frustration I have with Chipotle is that they can be skimpy on the ingredients. This is by far the weakest burritobowl I have had. Missing drink and chips from the kids meal. When we called, the manager was very helpful and is going torefund the kids meal. One burrito was well made. One burrito bowl was OK. The manager did handle the missing chips and drinkwell. Read more
