I love their hot subs, but when you shut down 20 minutes before closing time, not cool. Will find hot subs elsewhere from now... on. Oh and by the way, since I've been typing this, 2 other patrons have entered and been turned away. Lockport location. Read more

Evidently they randomly close before their posted time of 9pm during the week. Walked in and was looked at and told we?re... closed. You?re closed? Yeah we?re closing early? Sounds like you just didn?t want to work until close. Hire bettermanagement, because your current one is obviously doesn?t care. Read more
The hours must have changed. I walked in over a 1/2 hour before close the open sign was still on and I was told to leave. If... close is 8:30 great please update your website and door signs please. Read more
