I hate giving bad reviews, but this location has not gotten any of our orders correct yet. The last 3 times we went there either... something was missing from our order or something was made wrong. We order online and give a time for pick-up and the last 3times our order was not ready on time. The last time we went our order was 25 minutes late and we ordered 45 minutes in advance.The management does not care and when we talk to them they tell us there is nothing they can do to fix things. Service was ridiculously slow even though there were only 2 orders ahead of me which turned out to be small orders. My order... was missing the chips and the spoons for the soup. And price is insane for the quality and quantity of the food. Read more
In drive-through. 2 cars ahead, and first person order took 10 min to fill. Why didn't they have that person pull around front... to bring out when ready? Next car same issue. All I wanted was a tea. ........ Read more
This is one of the most inconsistent locations I?ve ever been to. For the soups not even being made fresh in the kitchen boy do... they have a inconsistency every time. A month ago I ordered bowls of broccoli cheddar soups rapid pick up I came home to findthe soups were somehow mixed with the chicken noodle soup. Fine. I go back a few weeks later & my soup is extremely watery tothe point of just broth. Whatever. I go back today & my soup is extremely chunky to the point it was like stew & made me lose myappetite. For it being frozen & pre made it sure is different every time. I always give places the benefit on the doubt like ifthey are short staffed or busy, etc. but every time I come it seems to me empty & something is still always wrong. Every time Ido curbside pick up I end up waiting a good 10 minutes while I see my food sitting on the shelf & the cafe empty. The onlyreason I come here still is because it?s the closest to my house but unfortunately I just may stop going to Panera altogether. Read more
Our ?steak? panini sandwiches had the saddest amount of meat in them and everything else, it was basically just bread. My... chicken noodle soup was basically just chicken broth, the photo below is after I mixed it after having thought that the contentssunk to the bottom?I was wrong. The line moved so slow, it took forever to get our food and by the time we did and got to eatingour food, it was cold. The mac and cheese was really good, so I guess they got that right. My husband also enjoyed his cream ofbroccoli soup. Overall, its way too pricey for what you get. Read more
I only think I would return to Panera is if it was a fundraiser as I did today. I feel the portion sizes are WAY too small for... the prices they charge. For the amount I paid today for 2 kids meals and 2 pick twos I could have gotten a LOT more food atother restaurants. Like for instance we ordered the Steak and Cheese kids sandwich and the "cheese" in the name wasn't even instock so he just had steak on bread. For over $7 there needed to be more than what's in my attached picture. The food overalltasted good, just not worth the price. Read more
I?v been couple times in this location and every time I was not happy with sandwiches. I thought maybe every Panera Bread is... cutting portions n food quality, but I guess no, only this location..Last week I went to Orland Park location, ordered Cubansandwich and it was delicious and right size. I am part of the sip club. I have been going in for coffee and Diet Pepsi for the last 2 months. The Diet Pepsi always has a... strange taste to it. I am tempted to remove the diffuser to see if it is clean as they are suppose to be done nightly. Thecoffee is usually just warm at best although I have had hot coffee at 6 am but not usually in the afternoon or evening. Theirmango drinks and others seem to be refilled as needed but it's always fresh being poured in over the old stuff. The Sip programis a good deal for free drinks at $11.99 a month but I may drop it if the drinks I like do not get better. Read more
