Maybe if this location did not mess up my order so frequent. We usually have pizza on Fridays but I have slowed down go here... just because the service is terrible almost every time. Food here is amazing as always, my family has been ordering here for decades and it's always great. The staff seems to be hard... working at all times. During food rushes, they work hard and fast to make sure our food comes out great. Whether it's long timeemployees or newbies, they're all hard working. First off, we ordered delivery. When it had not arrived in almost an hour, I checked the status which said it would be almost a... two hour wait. Not told that at time of order. Called to cancel, but was told it was next out of the oven. Said we would comepick it up. All items were cold when we got home. Not even close to being warm. i ordered my food at 6:40 pm online saturday night 9/18 and at 7:30 pm. it still had not been delivered i called the lockport... illinois pizza hut and when the person answered the phone said was closed because of staffing. now people were there cuz u cudhear in the background but again said was closed for staffing. i said i ordered over an hour ago. the kid asked my name andsaid my order was most likely cancelled. i said most likely? i paid by cc and i want a refund. the boy said pretty sureyou?ll get one. i am now waiting to see my credit on my card. also no one called texted or emailed to say my order had beencancelled and i had kids waiting on dinner. i was very unhappy with pizza hut. i will think twice before ordering with themagain Read more
My wife and I placed an order at 8:50pm? out to be in our tummies in 38 minutes time. It is now 10:50pm and we are pizza-less.... The store won?t pick up. Corporate said ?it may or may not come. Horrible customer service. There is no acknowledgment from the staff that you're waiting to pick up your food. Last three times... I waited with multiple customers in the lobby and have been ignored by staff walking in. Even when you call out that you're herefor a pickup, you're ignored. No apology for the wait. They continue working while ignoring you. I understand they're very busy,but at least some apology, like "sorry for the wait" would be nice. The food is always ready as well. I understand if it wasstill cooking, but no, its just poor work flow or staffing. Read more
Not like you remember. If you have fond memories of Pizza Hut, do not order from or patronize this business. Remember them from... days gone by. They didn't have any pans for pan pizza. What gives? Did the keeper of the pans forget to bring them back to thestore? Their largest size was only 14 inches. Again.....C'mon man! We got hungry people here. If I wanted a small pizza Iwould've went to the store and got a Jack's Pizza. And the customer service was lacking as well. They weren't rude or anything,just not like you remember. R.I.P. We ordered food here during the pandemic, and when we walked in for our carryout, there was not a single person inside the store... wearing a mask. As we walked into the lobby, a female employee cussed at a younger male employee to not let anyone else into thelobby. By this point, we wanted to just get our food and get out. We arrived 30 minutes after ordering our food, which had anexpected ready time of 25 minutes, and our food was not ready. We then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for our food to bemade. Other patrons in the lobby received refunds on their late orders, but we did not. Absolutely awful service. Will not bereturning. Read more
