It was OK. And that's being generous. I always get the bowl meal for my special needs son, and at least 40% of the time, they... forget the cookie. I swear, the person who saves the company the most money by "forgetting" the cookie, must get a bonus. Ialways check now. Update: Now that people are getting back to work, this location is open more. The workers seem better trainedand seem more helpful. I still have to check for the cookie, but now they only forget it 20% of the time. Hey! It's progress. Read more
I have not been to this taco bell in over a year due to bad experiences, however for some reason my fiance and I stopped there... today. we were blown away as our food looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement and tasted fresh and delightful.nothing like what we were expecting. keep up the good work. this was the team working on Sunday April 10th at 12:30pm. I ordered 1 Steak nacho fries burrito, 2 beefy 5 layer, beefy melt burrito, 2 crunch wrap supreme, and 1 spicy potatoes soft... taco and I got an extra spicy potatoes taco and they didn?t give my beefy melt burrito. 8:30 on a Monday, not busy, yet we waited at the drive thru. We asked if we could order, met with silence. After the line was... four cars deep,we pulled around to the front. Two employees with headsets on were in the parking lot talking to someone in acar. Guessing that's why we weren't greeted. We go in to place our order and had a lovely employee with the name Timi on herhat. She was friendly, offered up that she is fairly new and still learning the register, and overall great. She couldn't findsomething from our order on the register, apologized to us, and went and found help. Exactly what you should do when you needhelp in front of a customer. For being new, she's damn sharp. She is the only reason that this isn't a one star review. Thatsecond star is because she was the only redeeming factor of this visit. We get our order and hop in the car. Being that we werethe only customers inside the place, we didn't assume that we'd need to check our order. There were a few cars in the drivethru, but we were the only ones inside. Fast forward, we get home and a large order of popcorn chicken is missing. It was good, the Doritos Locos taco was prepared great and not thrown in the bag like other reviews say. This place does not... deserve the bad reputation it gets. EDIT: the night staff are rude and never have the things I need. The day staff prepare itperfectly but the night staff changed servers 3 times! Read more
