Placed an order online but store apparently did not have order even though I have a receipt l, order number and has been charged... to my card. Store was no help and did not care about the online issue from their end. I was told by the cashier, Piper, to justcall corporate. It?s absolutely ridiculous to me that a store could not care at all about helping a customer resolve an issue.Customer service was terrible. Management should address these types of issues. Read more

I work and I come here at least 30 mins before closing. They don?t serve food an hour before closing. Why even be open. GREAT... Business. Read more

i really really love tropical but today the smoothies were not the best. i got a smaller size cup and no styrofoam. I paid full... price for the smaller cup and it was not the bigger size. I am pretty disappointed because it was not that worth it. My smoothiedid not taste like a smoothie It was watery. very sad Read more

This place was popping busy, online, in person & in the drive thru. Great smoothie..the food looked delicious but we didn't try... it this time around. Definitely will be stopping back again.. locations popping up everywhere. Read more
