I live KFC! My last order was the worst I've ever had. $30 10 pc Deal, didn't mind the price, but the quality of the chicken, is... the worst I've had from my Lockport, NY store. Smaller than normal pieces (I get it), but having the crusted skin w/favoringeither not there or falling off, is a deal breaker. I wanted to complain, but the evidence was gone. This place has terrible customer service. When I originally posted my one star review it was because they made us wait in our... car for around 30 minutes for our order and when we got home half our order was missing so had to go back to get the other halfof our order which was now cold. No store credit, no apology. Next time we are there I got sick. I love kfc and used to visitthe west Ave store many times but this store has gone totally down hill . Read more
I will NEVER visit this place again! Absolutely no concern for the food they offer, this is my second time (second chance) here,... each time the food was inedible...this time I ordered a #13 barbeque chicken strip meal, potato wedge and biscuit, wait was verylong but I'm ok with that if food is good, when i received my meal a guy brought it to and handed it to the cashier at thewindow who handed it to me. I live about a block away so I went home and when I looked in the bag I was upset, the biscuit wasbroken and lying at the bottom of the bag with no bottom half of it- just the top half and it was broken. Some potato wedgeswere scattered and some in there container... I was upset to see I wasn't given barbeque chicken but regular until I opened it,it looked more like someone spilled a little watered down bbq sauce on a section of two of them (not even coated) but forgot oneTHEN the worst part when I tried the chicken first bite...someones disgusting hair in my mouth. I tossed it. $7 down the drainbut I can't imagine what they'd secretly give me for complaining. It's like there's no quality there, no discipline orstandards. Where's a manager leading them?
