Their staff has an attitude, and they deliver cold food and then blame you. You can pay $80 for food yet they can't deliver it... warm. They make you wait an hour and a half then tell you that in order to get hot food you need to send back that food and nowwait another hour and a half to get food and then maybe it will be hot. I?ve had good cauliflower pizza but last time we ordered cheese fries and a sheet pizza. Our doorbell wasn?t working but we... watched the tracker and the door. Thought it was weird it took so long. I looked outside and on the wet ground, the order wasthere. I thought maybe they would call if no one answered. It was so horrible; fries were ice cold and pizza, while I normallylove to eat cold, tasted really bad. Wasn?t finished (truly am insane thing for our house). Way, way too expensive to do thisagain. Amazing pizza. It's hard to describe the perfect pizza sometimes as preferences are differen, however, I've eaten here several... times and have now decided it's my favorite pizza in western New York. Great fluffy, slightly chewy crust, perfect sauce/cheeseratio. Super tasty. Brought my wife to verify and she agrees as well. This place will be on our regular rotation from now on!! Read more
Their costumer service is terrible. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni w/extra cheese. They delivered a plain cheese pizza.... When we called to tell them they would NOT correct their mistake. Shift management stated because we ordered extra cheese itcanceled out the pepperoni which is complete bs! They just didn't want to admit the made a mistake. Won't be ordering from hereagain!! Medium pepperoni with sweet sauce was just over $15. It was late night but there was barely any cheese and the dough wasn't... fully cooked. Was hoping for a much better experience since our hotel suggested the place. Staff was friendly though eventhough they didnt know what dips were. Read more
