My wife and I love rights corners Subway. Staff are wonderful and friendly, food is fantastic. Is restaurant is very clean.
Whoever said generous portions hasn't been to this location. This is the lowest portion subway in Lockport. You ask for olives... and you're lucky to get 5 on a footlong, you ask for extra you get 8. Now my first job was at a subway and these portionswould've never gotten by. The manager is awful, always stressed running around like a chicken with her head cut off, and she isvery rude to customers. I ordered a steak sub and she gives chicken and then says I ordered the wrong thing? Take the extradrive to the subway up the street. Read more
Subway is advertising capicolla subs on TV. When I tried to order I was told ?no capicolla sub for you????? They will add it to... another sub for an additional $4 but won?t sell you just a capicolla sub ??????? Offered to pay????. It?s ok there are othersub shops that I can purchase one. Ridiculous!! I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at the service I received at the subway in wrights corners I have been on a low... carb diet and ADAM suggested the protein bowl steak and cheese I was able to add everything spinach black olives banana peppersetc he was very accommodating and also helped me select condiments low carb I will recommend everyone I know to visit Adam as itdoes not show up on the menu but he knew what I wanted and it was absolutely delicious. This is a nice subway. It's very clean, even the restrooms. The staff is nice and pleasant and very patient with customers that... are undecided. They are talkative and accommodating. If you ask for more veggies, they give you them. Although the portions andfood is going downhill in general at subway, this branch I'd or favorite ,by far. We will return. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. I have DoorDashed from this location several times and every... single time I have a problem with my order, one time they were out of fresh mozzarella so they just put no cheese on my sub. Thenext time I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and received one chocolate chip and one oatmeal. And one time I when I DoorDashedit took an hour and a half and I still hadn?t received my order so I ended up cancelling it. Then on 11/22 I went in the storehoping it would be better if I actually went in but nope? I went in needing to order two subs. First off the girl at the countermaking my sub had a really bad attitude. I asked for extra cheese and she most definitely did not put it on my sub (but chargedme for it) when she threw that sub In the toaster, she didn?t even ask me if I wanted anything else, she just proceeded to makethe next guys sub (she also gave him attitude) Another girl came over and I told her I also needed another sub but she justignored me.
