I wouldn't be as annoyed if it wasn't a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors.... First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it toonly receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my otherhalf orders often and he can always tell when we're charged for expresso and don't receive it. This establishment needs to havebetter quality checks.
