I wouldn't be as annoyed if it wasn't a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors.... First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it toonly receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my otherhalf orders often and he can always tell when we're charged for expresso and don't receive it. This establishment needs to havebetter quality checks. I have ordered many lattes iced and hot and have had them in every color of brown to white you can thinkof. If I wanted a cup of milk I would've stayed home. Read more

Coffee mix is hit or miss. The iced coffee with flavors are hit or miss. Rarely do I get the sweetness right or the same ever.... Having poorly trained staff or just plain not caring is my guess. The donuts are meh... small and not as good as when they firstopened. The breakfast sandwiches are much better than before. The sausage tastes like chewing on a bland latex glove. Read more
Constantly getting ripped off on Tim bits! 4 times now I ordered 40 and got 28 also usually only get one piece of bacon on our... breakfast sandwiches and Tim bits have been tasting old and 4 or 5 of them will be smashed!
