There were too many people working for them to be this incompetent. Waited twice as long as usual and then handed me the wrong... order to begin with. They looked so confused because they hadn't even started our order. Then argued with me that the buffalochicken sliders are basically plain chicken and said they just do their sauce "differently". Would give less if I could we ordered 6 mot sticks didn't get a one from the store in locust nc restaurant # 08918. We live 15... min from the store location and have tried a number of times to call that store and it's a busy signal every time. They wererude when we went through the drive through and had no manners at all. If I drove back to that store location my food would havebeen colder so that's why I was trying to call. Stale buns. Lukewarm meat. Ordered Crinkle Fries: Received 1/2 Crinkle, 1/2 Curly all smashed together and cold. Not a good... experience. Also the dining room is not open so you Have To Wait in the Drive-Thru. Why open if you are not ready andstaffed?? Tried again today. Drive Thru was okay. Ordered #1 Combo meal. The drive thru staff awesome bubbly personality the young lady when she verified our steak and cheese... order asked if we needed sauce she told us enjoy of meal have a great day come back again. As a former fast food worker, it's not easy to run a crowded drive-thru with limited staffing. They had zero problem with it... however! Visited for the first time at this location ( family loves Arby's) and have nothing but positive things to say. Read more
Delicious food all around and it was fresh and hot. The line at the drive thru was a little long but I didn't mind the wait... since the food was fresh. My only issue was we paid for several cups of cheese sauce but had none in the bag once we got home.Wasn't driving back just for that tho. The cashier was friendly too Read more
