This location and the one located on 52 in albemarle are horrible ? they do not bother to make your order correctly and god... forbid you ask them to fix it the one in albemarle something is always broken seems like it?s been there goal to scream at youthrough the drive through and then tell you after you have completed your order that they can only make half of what you ordered!! Had the grilled chicken sandwich and a blizzard, accidentally put tomatoes on the sandwich due to being busy. Easy enough to... remove tho and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Blizzard was nice and frozen with lots mixed in, love it when places dontjust dash and done with that, here they give you a good amount. Read more
We were there on Saturday and it took a good 45 mins to pick up 2 blizzards but the poor ladies were working as hard as they... could..I like it fast but if they are doing their best then that is all that i could ask of them and they were and then ourblizzards were wonderful...Thank you ladies...You did a great job... The service was speedy but when I got my strawberry banana smoothie it was extremely runny and had banana chunks sitting at the... bottom of the cup, as well as served in the incorrect cup. Very unpleasant experience to drink. Read more
Foods good, they've never gotten my order wrong but they need to hire more people. The lines are always long especially in the... evening after dinner, which is understandable because that's probably when most people go, I know I do BUT there's always only 1person taking orders and making orders, which is unfair to them!!! Hire more people!!! It's ridiculous to ask 1 person to handlerush by themselves. Read more
