The chicken skin was dark like it had been re-fried in old oil. Wasn't the original crispy chicken we were used to. The meat... had a bad smell and taste. Wasted $50 this last trip. And the time before less than desired. The reason why I'm leaving the 1star. Will update if it improves and if I give it another chance. Read more
We have been to the Locust KFC at least 6 times. Two of the six times it was good. We love KFC, but this location does not... measure up to the great food we hoped for. Read more
Ordered an 8 piece meal asked for extra crispy didn't have none. Asked for corn and mashed potatoes. Got Mac and cheese didn't... get corn. Ya'll don't close till 11 so why couldn't you make extra crispy. Or give what people ask for. The tender meal was for25 and the bone in was for 19. So that's why I got charged 25 for bone in meal. Next time will get my chicken elsewhere. Do notrecommend this place. Workers were slow and rude. Read more

This location is ALWAYS out of something we want to order. It?s been chicken tenders, biscuits, mac & cheese, chicken breasts,... chicken pot pies, today it was cole slaw. We also discovered that now a 12 piece chicken strip bucket costs $22.99, and if youwant the combo (which includes 6 biscuits and 3 large sides, and 6 sauces) it will cost you $32.99. This visit we ordered the 12strip combo and were told they were out of cole slaw, and had to settle for mac & cheese. We also ordered a chicken pot pie, andhad to settle for a chicken breast meal. It was 6:25 PM. At 6:47 we asked if our order was ready and were told they now have nomac & cheese. At this point we asked for a refund, and were told they would make more mac & cheese, and give us an extra mac &cheese and double biscuits. We waited another 12 minutes and they said they were sorry and the manager brought out our bag. Wegot in our car and checked the order, and were missing the extra biscuits, breast, biscuit, and cookie. We went back inside, andshowed the error to the cashier, whom went back and returned to tell us there were no more breasts left. We once again said wewanted a refund, and after some discussion, settled for a thigh and 2 legs instead of the breast we paid for and left the storeat 7:10 (45 minutes after our order). We ended up with a wing and 2 legs when we arrived home. Also had no honey sauce in thebag. To add to our dissatisfaction, the poor customer in front of us asked for a refund and left the store, the customer behindus told them he wanted a refund if they couldn?t get the mac & cheese finished soon, and another customer came in to order a potpie and was told they had none, so he just left. We will NEVER return to this KFC again, and want this to be a warning toothers.. Read more
Went to KFC earlier and have always had great service and great food.I ordered food at about 4:30 pm they pulled me up pulled... the next 3 cars up.I sat there 15 mins for her to bring their food and let me know they had to bake the pot pies and would take15 mins so not sure what the time would still be 15 mins I had sat there 15 already.Anyways I told the nice lady I would taketender meal instead didn?t want to wait 15 more so waited another 8 mins for another lady to bring my order out and apologizeonce again.Was fine after all that to get home and the food was hardly even warmed..So disappointed..
