So when did they change the family meal deal? It's usually 2 Big Mac's, 2 Quarter Pounders, 1 -6pc chicken mcnugget and 4 small... fries. The guy Taking my order looked at me like I had lost my mind. Terrible drive through experience. The lady couldn't understand our order. We repeated, she made us feel rushed after we were... the ones that had to repeat bc she must not of been paying attention. We get our food and the order is wrong. Ended up with wedon't even know some kind of nasty burger with way too much mayo. No ever said Cheeseburger plain but that's what was in there.It's frustrating when others can't get your order correct and you don't have time to go back and are not from the area. They give me two hot fudge Sondays with extra fudge .fild above the top of cup fild intier lid! they exploded in my truck it... cost me $ 475.00 to clean it up. I told the manager about it and showed him the receipt and asked if could help me and get mereimbursed .the employee that served me very fide my story. I asked him again he said no dut I should repet every time to notfill above the top of cup because some employee just wants to be ginaris and give extra even if it causes $475 damage to yourvehicle that they have no intention of paying for damages ? I just left there order number 1329. The lady working the window was so nice. Even complimented her on it. Pull up to the window... to get my food, they asked me to pull up to the door right at drive through just to have me waiting 10min. Went inside for themto argue stating I didn't have an order. Went back out to get my receipt. The man in the yellow shirt while the rest were grayliterally was rude &disrespectful over their mess up. Starting slamming things. I stayed if your going to have an attitude whileu make my food, please refund my money. He ignored me. This is why I refuse to eat at mcdonalds. Every time I come to McDonald's at Locust, I leave happy. Yes, there are some improvements they can make such as having clean... tables to dine, but overall the attention to my order is always good. The crew is always pleasant, and the music is good. Ican't complaint. Thank you!! Read more
