Food was good, but noticed pizza makers were not wearing gloves. Manager was training someone on register and turned around and... grabbed handful of cheese to put on a pizza. Driver could not find the community college in Locust. Its only been here for 18 years. Anyway its only an hour late, I may... never see this pizza. At 9:00 pm still no pizza, suppose to be here at 7:30 pm. I sure hope I didn't pay for that thing. Read more

She has a ?velvet hammer? touch with staff & they together?andcorrespondingly?run an excellent store with products clearly seasoned with extra care for each customer. Decided to order for lunch. Ordered my food online 15m before lunch started. Got to the store and after repeating my name and... for some reason phone number(online order) to the guy at the window 3 times he found my order. App said it was ready but he saidI needed to pull around and wait. Finally after sitting there almost 20m I walked inside the store to see another guy justslicing my pizza. He goes to hand me the pizza and I asked where my wings were. He runs around the corner grabs a bag that hadapparently been ready and brings it out. I then had to ask about the ranch and garlic sauces I'd ordered and paid for. He had toask which sauces cause apparently they don't bother to actually check the orders at this store. I work like 2 miles from pizzahut, ordered my food 15m ahead of time and still got back to work with 5 mins to eat and get clocked back in. Be the last time Itry pizza for lunch. Read more
Pizza was a tough, but tasted good. Salad was awesome and cinnamon sticks tasted great. 2 stars because their lack of proper... customer service. The lady working at the window handed us 2/3 of our order. I politely said, "Wait, we had a salad too." Sheimmediately cut me off, she immediately huffed, and she immediately had an attitude and yelled into the store, "WAS THERE ASALAD?!" She's the one in front of the point-of-sale system. She's the one taking our money for the order. She, more thananyone, should have known what the order was supposed to contain.
