I have only eaten here a few times and the prices are reasonable. Today I stooped and got lunch for my husband and I. The rice... wasn''t cooked all the way through. I would have waited if they had just told me they needed to make rice. My husband couldnot eat his California rolls and I after 3 pieces of sushi I threw out the rice and just ate the fish. We should have stoppedat the first bite because we both got sick. Needs better quality control Read more

Good and getting better! I go at least once a week for a smoothie and the High Tide bowl. One time they were out of ice, and... they?re always slow (but not with smoothies) and the customer service is lacking but?today when I went in they were on the ball! There was someone coordinating prep and customer service and I highly recommend. I order online or call in and that way don?thave to wait. Very grateful to have higher quality food to purchase for lunches or on the go! Read more
Our second time in this place. First time was great! Our smoothie was perfect and everyone behind the counter were so nice. This... time, a girl was learning how to make the smoothie and was just ?guessing? how much fruit and juice to add to my smoothie. Shekept trying to ask this other girl how to do it, but the other girl was on her phone and complaining to another gentleman abouthow she shouldn?t have to work weekends. When the new girl who was making my smoothie finally got the other girls attention, shesaid that was too much of mango and the new girl said oh well it will be fine. We sat there for 8 minutes waiting on oursmoothie and once we got it, it was absolutely terrible. There was not enough honey and way to much mango and coconut water. I?mvery disappointed since our first time was fantastic. I don?t think this place will stay in business long if they are payingstaff to talk and be on their phones and staff is just guessing what portions to put into their smoothies. This place is epic!!! Love everything. Ordered in, we?re full, ordered more to eat anyway, lol. Definitely our new favorite... sushi spot and it is local!!! Highly recommend the Pan roll?I added a little crunch; the famous roll is famous; the Californiaroll of course is good?we subbed unagi with bbq for the crab and it was phenomenal :) Love love love!!! Unfortunately my husband's and my experience wasn't great for our first time here. The food was ok - not bad. The customer... service was helpful at the counter but was non- existent afterwards. My drink was never made. We ended up just leaving withoutit after we asked for it one other time. The food portions are very small for the price point. Personally we will continue tocommute to Charlotte for a quality sushi experience. Read more
