The service by Carley Stancil was wonderful and she has the best customer service, but it was extremely hot in the restaurant.... We had to take our order to go because the AC felt like it was wasn?t working. I don?t know how the workers mange in that heat. Read more

Entering the Subway, it is very clean. The food is wonderful. However, if you are going to hire young teenagers they must have a... hat on and any that has hair from their short to medium or long hair should have it pulled back or have a hair net.The employersare very friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in. The employee named Olivia is extremely rude and ignores customers. She deliberately ignored me when I came in, and left the... other girl to make my order and the people behind me. When more people other than me walked in, she walked to the back and leftthe other employee upfront alone to do all orders. I visited today, May 20th, and an extremely unhappy with the disrespect Ireceived and being ignored completely by an employee, Olivia. Online order no where near what I paid for. The App is worthless if they can't follow directions. My order was placed 3-8-2020... at 12:55 pm. It was picked up at 1:15 3-8-2020. Order# 6FE6C48F-4E. Well this isn't the first time we have delt with this staff member at this location in locust nc. Her name is carley or... something like that. But everytime she makes our sandwiches she seems like she has an attitude and when you ask for extra pickleor extra mayo more so the mayo it gets slung all over the sandwich. I want to eat my sandwich not wear it. But she also huffywhen we ask for extra pickle or olives or even mayo. This is how it is everytime we go into this location. We would go toanother one but this one is n our way home from work. I get attitude from my job don't need it when I get off work going to getdinner so I can go home wear my food from someone who seems like she does not like her job. Read more
