I don't eat take but a few times a year. I know because of the surrounding population of residents that good people work here... and I'm not wrong. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The food is made picture quality. I can tell the staff strivesto do a good job here unlike most takeout "restaurants". Read more

The day staff here NEVER misses. Anytime I have gone here during these hours my experience is always good. They always get my... order correct, everything is in the bag, and they make the food the right way. Delicious! Now, the night staff is not the sameunfortunately. The line can be packed in like sardines but there will only be one cook putting in work and one person at thewindow taking orders, etc. I?ve watched this before on several occasions when the rest of the staff is meandering around therestaurant, on their phones, talking it up, dancing, and touching stuff with the gloves they make our food with! Im all forhaving fun in the work place but when you got a line that?s backed up to the road with about 8 people in store and only twoactually working is a shame. It might be poor scheduling and everyone gets off at the same time - if so that?s a place to startwhen addressing this matter. But it was 10 pm on a Friday and workers were checked out. I was amazed at this observation of justhow many people were standing around, blinking at one another while the other two employees held the ship down during prime timebusiness hours. Typical awful tacobel. The only reason I gave it a star is because the staff is friendly. Other than that the food is terrible... and the get orders right once out of 5 times or so. Today's order is missing them cheese for my nachos, they put sour cream ona dish that they were told to leave it off and the chalupas that I had them switch to steak litterly 3 little pieces of steakwith a glob of sour cream on one side. I ordered online 30 minutes ahead of arrival and got there with no other customers by the way, And yep you guessed it, My food... wasn't ready ! So i asked why, and they told me they won't prepare your order until you come to the drive thru. They made mepull around and wait another 10 minutes ! Also i didn't know that they only put 3 little tomatoes on tacos these days ! Read more
