Slowest drive thru ever. I got in line at 12:25 and there was one car ahead of me. I picked the food up from the window at... 1:00. Then I got home and the order was wrong. One of the double whoppers had pickles on it even though I asked for no picklesand the second was had a ton of mustard even though there is no mustard on a czarwhopper. When I went to this location to eat inside there were 3 employees and only one was doing their job. He was running both the... drive thru window and the counter while also making food. They did not have American cheese at the time I went. After receivingthe food it was very messy and we asked for no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on our sandwiches, the chicken was also verydry. It was extremely dirty in the restaurant and the two females working at the time were extremely rude, and the tv was soloud we couldn't hear our kids talking. Needless to say I will not be going back until they get more employees and clean theplace up. Read more

I went to order some food at almost 10 at night. Josh was working the window and he was so patient with me, while I was trying... to figure out what to order. I talked to Burr and David when they brought my food out to me. They were all very friendly andunderstanding. I was having a bad night until I talked with them and their amazing personalities made my night all the better,especially when I had to come back 5 minutes before they closed to get food for others. They established an awesome customerexperience. I would highly recommend this location to my friends for the friendly staff alone. The food was also well made, andstill fresh. I have given this place 7 chances because I love supporting local businesses and I'm done! They have messed up my order multiple... times every visit. Tonight I ordered a rodeo KING combo and the picture shows what I received. A rodeo king is supposed to have2 patties, with double cheese, bacon, mayo, bbq, and onion rings. They messed up my drinks and didnt even have change to giveback! They always close early. The attitudes are rude. Evening crew is worse than the morning crew. This place NEEDS NEWMANAGEMENT ASAP! I've noticed less and less people in the parking lot. That alone speaks volumes. This place SUCKS! I seebankruptcy in their future if corporate doesn't step in and fix their numerous problems. Love this place. Always clean. Very friendly people. Service is fast and the food is great. And the people even interact and go... around to see if everything is up to par. I have to say this is one of the great ones. Not always getting service like thisanymore. Will always chose here no matter how far the drive. The service is too good to go anywhere else. Read more
Since there is new management, this is the best BK around. ???? service. Food is hot and correct every time. Dont like old... fries tho..only happened twice, so ask for fresh cook if they are not busy. Read more
