This was my worst experience at an IHOP. The service was mediocre, but the food....the food was horrible. My whole table ordered... chicken and pancakes/waffles. When the food came out, the chicken was gross. It had obviously been cooked in old grease. It evensmelled bad. It's probably not like that all the time, but they ruined our lunch. We went for dinner at round 6pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Our servers were very attentive and frequented our... table to refills and to make sure the food was good. If you're looking for a low-key IHOP restaurant, early evening is the wayto go! I recommend. Read more

Front doors were propped open the whole time we were there, so there was flies coming inside. There was plenty of employees but... we still had to wait a really long time for any service. Food was good but not very hot at all. Waitress had way too manytattoos and piercings to be in a customer service environment. Floors were all very sticky, not only is that gross but also atripping hazard for some people. Menus were sticky, wet and yucky. We will NOT be back!! Read more
Overall disappointed with the entire experience. The only reason I didn't give a one star was because they gave the best fruit... selection I've ever had at a restaurant (mostly pineapple with some honey dew and a solid amount of grapes) and they were thefirst restaurant that let me replace eggs with a different side. The waitress was nice enough. One of my main issues is thewait. We went in at 11:30 and near instantly got seated but it was past 12:30 when we actually got our food. My fruit was warm(which was very sad considering I was so excited about the selection), the sausage was almost tacky, and the pancakes came apartwhich was weird. For $20 per person, it was entirely not worth it. AND THE WORST THING: I went to the restroom (the stalls areVERY small btw) and walked in on an employee washing their hands. They dried them, walked into the handicap stall touching thedoor with their hands, then proceeded to leave without washing their hands again. Personally I was repulsed. Read more
So we decided to stop to eat while on a road trip. This was my first time at this IHOP. The food with exactly as we ordered... however what really made this an awesome meal was our waitress. She was friendly and enjoyed the interaction. This woman reallyknows her job and earned every bit of her tip. The only detractor is this is the first time I went to an IHOP that wasn't open24 hours and since we were getting their kind of late we were trying to hurry so that they could close up and go home on timeand while I know that's not their fault it is the only fault that I had at all. Waiting for 20 minutes to dine in. Then waited one hour for food. Waitress was rude when you ask something. Manager just says... I’m sorry but I can’t do much. This is ridiculous. Food arrived cold and soggy fries and sandwiches. Not worth wasting timeand money for this location. Order 4 omelette with green pepper onion and spinach with Avocado on top. I see no onions inomelette. Charging me for two cold sandwiches after being return and not being ask would you like anything else or re do this. Read more
Stopped here because we thought this was going to be a quick option for breakfast. We are traveling and behind a few hours. What... a mistake. First we were not initially greeted at the door.... We wandered in and used the bathroom to get hostesses attention.We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food. A manager had come out and apologize that their printer was not working and thatwas the holdup. However when our food arrived my boyfriend's food was too salty to even eat And furthermore my food was not hot.The cheese on my bowl was barely melted and the egg is cold. After we were done inhaling our meal. We explained we were in abit of a rush our waitress still took her time to bring a check to us. An hour and 10 minutes is a little too long for a quickbreakfast. I will probably not be back to this location.
