Typical Steak ?n Shake experience, if you?re familiar with the chain. If not, it?s an old diner restaurant with a specialty of... steak burgers and milkshakes. I highly recommend the Frisco Melt, which is just a patty melt with their special sauce, and comeswith shoestring fries. The service was good and the place was clean. Did not enjoy my steak burger today. I haven?t been to a Steak and Shake restaurant in months maybe a year or two. My first time... at this location. So not sure if it?s this particular restaurant or Steak and Shakes in general. Maybe there?s been a changewith the burger. The burger was hot but not flavorful. The fries were cold. This is the worst steak and shake I have been to. I will say it was clean and the employees were nice but they either wasn?t for... listening to me or just didn?t care. I ordered a steak Frank add chili cheese and onions for me for a hotdog and a cup of chili.I asked for my order to be remade correctly and they didn?t even bother to try and adjust the payment. I had to ask more thanonce. Then they give me my food and the hotdog is a mess. My fries are cold and taste old. I?m not sure why everything came outlike that but they definitely need to get it together. Won?t be going back. Read more
Steak N Shake is just one of those franchises that hasn't quite figured out how to optimize the customer experience. Not quite... fast food, but not quite a diner either. It's not that the food is bad, just not a lot of the menu items stand out in a way thatmakes you want to drop in unless you just happen to be driving past one. The place is a little unkept, but that is because of the shortage of employees, I guess. Other than that, the food was good and... tasted great. Except what they call the Chill Mac. It will help a little if they have menus with pictures like in the past. Onething was very good, the good service. Too bad that I am not good with names, but to that person, Thank you! Read more
My first time coming here and I really liked it. The cotton candy shake was amazing and I loved the original steak burger meal.... The line was long, but it was worth it. I would come back again. Read more
Menu's looked like my 9 year old made them.. Limited menu.. Didn't have any clean utensils, gave milkshakes in foam cup with... small straws so was hard to drink.. was out of 2 of the flavors my daughter asked for... Good thing the food and service wasgreat Read more
