Wonderful Food Friendly Atmosphere!! My Mother and I were coming over from The Tangier Outlet Malls, and we had just finished... Holiday shopping and we decided to eat here at THIS location, Zaxby's is and always been a favorite of mine, I had The newlyadvertised Chicken and Bacon and Ranch Fries with a 5 piece Chicken Combo with fries and a drink..Your food is ALWAYS great andmade with the highest quality that I have seen every time that I can go..The Atmosphere is always fun and relaxing, therestaurant is clean and well put together...I am never disappointed. It is insane how busy this place is. In the past, they are generally okay with getting customers in and out though. Today, I was... ignored, forgotten, and my a request for the extra sauce I paid for that the young man was handing out for free to the othercustomers was a huge inconcience for them to give me. Chicken is always good. In the two hundred plus times I have been here, Ithink my fries have only been completely cooked once. Not sure why it seems to a company-wide trend that your drink machines are out of literally every soda. Having trouble... understanding how they can let it go that long to the point that everything grayed out. How does no one see it? Two machines andthere aren't any available flavors. This has happened in several instances at different locations. Getting sick of the lowerstandard that seems to just be accepted everywhere I go. As a time saver, I chose the drive-thru. I ended up having to go inside anyway because a very small order was NOT ready. I... wanted inside patiently for a good 15 minutes. Once the food was given, I still waited for drinks another 4 minutes. The smallfries was in a box that had sauce stains throughout the box. The 3 nibbler sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. I?ve tried Zaxby?s twice now. Two different locations. Not a fan. I won?t be back. Too many other chicken places that actually... have good food/chicken. The chicken, well, look at it. I gave 1 star because zero star was not an option. Our experience was the drive through window after waiting for a while for... our order which was 1 Cobb salad with fried chicken, 1 house salad with grilled chicken and a 10 piece traditional wings. Whatwe received was 1 Cobb salad 2 orders of french fries and chicken tenders. Went home realized we had the wrong order went backand went inside to very sticky floors and nasty looking garbage bins and explained what happened. They were apologetic aboutthe situation and after another long wait we received the new order plus the old order because they couldn?t accept the foodback and once again they apologized. However once we got home it was discovered that the house salad had no chicken at all?..we will NEVER patronize this location again. How are they still open????? Read more

Our experience started out bad when we walked in and the floor was so sticky it took off my shoe, then one of their card readers... wasn?t working so the lines for cash and card were a mess because they were doing a pretty bad job at informing the new customerwho just walked in of what was going on. When we finally got up to the register to order the employee, Jaida, had a horribleattitude and didn?t even ask our names or if it was for here or to go. She put the random name Jaden on the order and didn?tcorrect it. We waited for 15 minutes while people who ordered long after us got their food long before us, not to mention we gottwo small meals that were easily the most simple on the menu. We had to go up to the counter and ask if they even made our foodand they didn?t so they gave us someone else?s meal and one that had been sitting on the counter since we got there (I assume itwas made wrong for whoever ordered it or they left). Beware! Stopped here hoping to grab a quick bite to eat while traveling. Several red flags?ladies restroom was smelly and dirty,... with tissue everywhere on the floor. The restaurant itself was also very dirty with overflowing trash in both areas. Napkins,lids, and straw paper littered the floor. We did not eat here. Read more
