Staff were on their phones when I got there. Not even a hello but a ?Just to let you know, we can?t do big patties right now. No... whoppers.? I said okay no problem. I ordered a fish sandwich which was decent to say the least. I also asked for an Oreo shake.A young lady who is throwing stick around out of boredom says ?Oh our machine has been broken all week.? I don?t know if thiswas a lie because they didn?t want to make it or simply broken. To tell customers they don?t have things working and haven?tbeen working for long periods of time is unacceptable. I usually don?t go out of my way to write reviews but this is pitiful.There needs to be some retraining going on. Read more
