Staff were on their phones when I got there. Not even a hello but a ?Just to let you know, we can?t do big patties right now. No... whoppers.? I said okay no problem. I ordered a fish sandwich which was decent to say the least. I also asked for an Oreo shake.A young lady who is throwing stick around out of boredom says ?Oh our machine has been broken all week.? I don?t know if thiswas a lie because they didn?t want to make it or simply broken. To tell customers they don?t have things working and haven?tbeen working for long periods of time is unacceptable. The most poorly run fast food restaurant in existence. No sense of pace, no need to provide good customer service and the... newest one, the speaker is broken and only one person runs register inside and window register. Generally plan on 20 minutesor more to wait. I did because I couldn't leave my dogs in the car without air. Still, horrid experience not just now butalways. I would suggest going literally anywhere else. Read more

This has got to be the absolute worst Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to eat from. The first time I ordered at the... Locust Grove VA location, they had no beef so I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. My fries were burnt, my chicken washard and burnt! That was a month ago but today I went there and ended up with a raw whopper and absolutely horrible customerservice. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at another Burger King again! I have never been here with a line in the drive through, they have never gotten my order wrong and the place is clean. Can't ask... for more out of fast food. Read more
