The Brooklyn pizza was horrible tonight compared to last time. Seems to be over done and the jalapeño bacon cheesy bread was... inconsistent as the food service. Nothing worse than liking it one time and another disappointing. I hate inconsistency withfood delivery and good tip not delivery guys fault. Loving out here not a lot of delivery choices so they should be the best andI paid a lot for what we weren?t happy with. Read more
I don't know how to describe the wings other than to say they were mushy. That's gross to me. As far as the pizza, I wish I had... made the time to stop for a frozen one. It would have been better. I would have had it in less than 70 minutes. It wouldn't havecost me $20 + delivery charge + tip. Read more
This Dominos is decent but not without many problems. If you?re going to order from here I highly recommend doing it online or... in-store (not calling). Upon trying to place an order yesterday, I was put through to a random woman (who said herself shedidn?t work at that Dominos and simply took the orders). To start things off she knew nothing (even going as far as to say the$5.99 deal could be for anything, then saying there was a deal to get 2 pizzas and wings for $5.99 total). I decided I neededmore time to think and told her I?d call back. Once I called back (around 9:30 pm), she claimed this specific Dominos was closedand that there were no more deliveries tonight. Confused, I explained how I?ve placed delivery orders much later, to which shesaid that at this location deliveries are done at 9:30-9:45 pm so I wasn?t allowed to place an order. I ended up driving up toDominos (to see whether or not they were open), and not to much surprise they were still open and doing deliveries. Thankfullythe employee was able to get my order ready, and was extremely nice! I just hope other customers don?t have this problem,because if someone is claiming that this location is closed/not doing deliveries at random times when people call, then I?m surea great deal of business could be lost. In addition, I live about 10 minutes away, and when I call I get told that Dominosdoesn?t deliver to my area. I have none of these issues when placing an online order. Read more
Made my order and paid 67.25. The one pizza was wrong and when I called I was told. It depends on who makes it. Definitely not... what I ordered or paid for. The twisted dipping hardly had anything to dip. Again Definitely not what I paid for and always seemto have issues with this store, when I order on line. Horrible service from the manager and can't reach a district manager. Nowhalf my family can eat whole the rest wait over an hour to get the corrections done. Read more
This place has gone downhill quick. Usually had awesome service. Now they constantly forget sauces and apparently this is what... paying for extra cheese gets you. I?ve stopped using Sams. I?ll probably stop using Dominos now. Maybe Brothers can haveconsistent service. Read more
We ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with sausage, onions, and peppers, not cut, so that we could reheat if needed. What we... got was a super thin, disgusting thing that was soggy and stuck to the box. It had a total of about an ounce (no exaggeration)of sausage and a couple of recognizable pieces of pepper and onion, not even distributed over the whole thing. And it wasn'teven large, it was more like a medium. It was, as expected, luke warm. I used a pizza peel to get it out of the box and themiddle ended up with a hole in it. As usual, I'm running late coming home from work. "What's for dinner?" Is the main thought I have as I get closer to home.... Domino's pizza is the answer. Domino's pizza in Locust Grove is the best of the chain. Read more
