Pretty tolerant for McDonalds but this location needs work. Nobody had an interest in taking my order for at least 10 minutes -... too busy joking around. Then it was pretty messy and dirty inside. I've never had a drive thru cashier use profanity to a customer when I asked to remove a sauce from a sandwich and it took two... trips through the drive through window and then a trip inside the store to get a missing order of French fries. I'm surprisedthey're still in business with an attitude and performance like that. I will never return to that store. Read more
I will never eat at this McDonald's again the food i got was so nasty we had to take it back get home with the second one and it... was just as bad said they made it fresh no so i called to talk to a manager some kid told me to hold on then got back on thephone an try to tell me he was the manager corporate needs to do something about this but they never do so i video there nastyfood that they call fresh bad management and corporate should be ashamed of there self if you can't do right shut this placedown will be posting everything on facebook for everyone's safety please don't eat here they won't even let you post unless yourate them that so wrong they don't even deserve 1 star this place is disgusting maybe corporate needs to start doing there joband start reading the reviews instead of taking peoples hard earned money for nasty old food that goes right in the trash Read more
I placed an order by the drive thru. No less than 4 times did I specify ?no cheese only meat and ketchup? I even got the person... to repeat it. Do you think they got the order right? Luckily I am not lactose tolerance otherwise I?d be in misery, I justhappen to dislike the fake cheese. Read more
McDonald's always does a great job. This brach is excellent.
They're rarely friendly. When I use the 20% on the app it either makes it so they don't have my order or they charge more... because they won't honor the in app purchase price. My food has been cold upon getting it multiple times. And they'll let yousit in the curbside pickup area for over 10 minutes, which wouldnt be a big deal if the app didn't say it'll be there in about 5minutes. Just not a good mcdonald's. This place continously serves raw meat. I have had this happen twice now. If you tell them they just want to replace your food.... Why do I want to keep eating there to keep on having raw food? Read more
Dirty Facility. The staff are yelling in the back and cursing out loud. Extremely slow service. At this time there are upwards... of 13+ orders waiting their lobby. And still they seem mostly focused on drive through. Read more
