I been going to this location of blaze for a few years now and I have never had problem with ordering my pizza online But as of... lately for 3 times in a row The staff have been making my pizza with missing toppings that i ask for when I play my order andwhen i ask why didn?t they add it They give me such a nasty attitude like am asking them to take a test. Maybe the managementneeds to make sure the people they hire are able to clearly read and understand simple directions. Read more
I love this restaurant, I even love this location more. It?s my favorite because of the customer service I always get no matter... what. I?m always greeted with hello and a smile. My pizzas always taste great. The dough is perfect as well. If you go to anyother pizza place that?s similar to Blaze you?ll notice the dough used there doesn?t seem fresh. It looks like sheets ofcardboard really. Here the dough is pressed as the pizzas are made. It just seems much more fresh and tasty in my opinion. Read more

Well let's begin with the store, dinning room is filthy and is remaining this way. Staff hmmm.... They say they are the subway... of pizza and they mean it... Now we purchased to pizzas. First the garlic white pizza and while you view this pie notice theholes in it where they added the wrong item and instead of making the correct pizza we paid for the guy just dug the wrong itemsout.. The second way made correctly but was complete on a hard burnt crust although notice the pies because both are burned onthe edges.. Ordering a build-your-own vegan pizza, in person at the restaurant. The following items were not being offered: fresh basil,... green bell peppers, mushrooms, sautéed onions, red pepper, zucchini, arugula . Since these items are important when youreordering no cheese, no meat, and depending on plenty of veggies. Inquired about the missing toppings and I was told those itemsare not available...Like, oh. What I ended up with was so sad. I think this branch is struggling. It's a known fact of doingbusiness that if you're struggling, don't let it show. Especially at the front counter. It sends a sad message, and customersdo notice. Plus, their salad tray was completely wilted, I did mention that, kindly. Later I noticed the supervisor pickingthrough it and making comments to the person who I told. She was obviously not happy. Opps, sorry. I wasn't complaining, I wasjust pointing out how wilted it was. Who would look at that and want to eat it? It's one of the first things customers see inthe showcase.
