Worse chipotle I've been to. No greeting from the employees, they mostly socialized with eachother and ignored customers. They... literally only had 2 meat options available so I had to resort to something that I didn't intend to buy. I had to ask for"double" on everything because they are very light handed with their servings. Staffing seems really good. Went in by myself. The 1st thing the guy said was, is this going to be the only thing you order? I... said , yes, I'm here by myself. He said, are you sure? Is this goimg to be your complete order because I need to know now beforewe continue, it makes it easier for me to know now. I said , sir, your line of question eludes all sense of reason, can wecontinue with the vegetarian bowl? As if i was too stupid to know how many items i was going to order. He also was talking veryloudly, kind of an attempt at intimidation or just an inexperienced young person, assuming all old people cant hear, or probablymore like age discrimination or age insensitivity. At that point, I should have simply left. At check out, I ordered a bag oftheir tortilla chips. There were only a few little bags left on the shelf. That should have stopped me, obviously they had beenthere a long time and sure enough, the were greasy and stale. Sad. Oh, and the helper who was so rude and strange decided totake his break and sat at the table across from me, facing me, and stared at me the the whole time I was eating my vegetarianbowl. How odd. I almost confronted him but it wasnt worth the stress. . This whole encounter was unkind, unfriendly and rathersuspicious, like I wasn't welcomed there. Young service helpers are obviously not being trained on how to meet and serve thegeneral public which is generally fairly diverse, it's this lack of sensitivity and common respect toward the customer that isso off-outting. Customer service was great
Great service from the staff 5/5 but the serving sizes are significantly smaller than usual chipotle. The rice is barely hitting... the edge of the bowl, proteins are only a drizzle as well as the sauces. The chips are always sticked on top of eachother itslike they didnt even bother to shuffle them. Idk if its just this branch but dang, i feel ripoff. Read more
The staff are well trained and also well- mannered. They also serve a good portion of food. I will recommend this place anytime.
Fast and great service. Food was fresh. Eating area was well-maintained. Will come back for lunch if I'm ever in the area.
