Its okay Mexican food And the place is pretty clean and friendly. The biggest compliant is that usually it's a wait to get... seated. If it's a weekend or evening, expect to wait 25/35mins. The food selection is what you expect but not exceptional. Agood stop if you want some Mexican restaurant food. Read more

EPMGC is centrally is located in the heart of down town Lodi. Great authentic Mexican food. Chips and salsa are excellent and... served with the meal. Food is fairly priced with two of us eating for around $20. They have service for both indoor and outdoordining. A full bar for those in need of an adult beverage ???? ???? Free parking is plentiful all around. I had Shredded chickentacos with rice and beans this time around. Simple but, man was it awesome! You can taste the authenticity. Park your ride, havelunch and walk around the charming wine community of Lodi. Locals are chill and love to chat up the visitors. Ask for Martha???? She is an excellent server who can recommend something that will tantalize your palate if you can't make up your mind. Thisis for sure one of if not the best Mexican restaurant in the area! Been wanting to try El Pacifico Mexican Grill & Cantina for awhile now & it did not disappoint & was well worth the wait. We... were promptly seated & our waitress Martha came by quickly to get our drink orders & provide chips & Salsa. We started with afresh strawberry margarita & a Fresh Mango margarita. We were in Margarita heaven sipping these two while enjoying the chips &salsa. The salsa was different but surprisingly delicious I must say. We placed our food order(Fajitas Trio, Enchiladas suiza) & after a bit Martha came by to check on us & ask if we wanted another round of 'ritas. Martha suggested we try the BlackberryJalapeno Margarita & Fresh Pineapple Margarita. Both were really good & out of the four margaritas, the best by far was theBlackberry Jalapeno Margarita, you must try this!!! We decided to order fresh Guacamole next & Martha came back to the table &made it right there in front of us on a little table. It was very delicious & fresh! After swilling two margaritas each, chips, salsa & Guac we were feeling pretty good & enjoying ourselves woohoo! Our entrees came & Oh Em Gee! Fajitas, rice, beans, salsa &guac were Soooo delicious! The Enchiladas suizas we're just as delicious as well!! We only finished about half our plate due toour pre-gaming lol (made excellent left overs for lunch!) The manager Joe even stopped by our table to check on us & ask howeverything was. We had a nice chat with him despite it being rather busy! Who does that these days?!? Overall, great experiencehere excellent wait staff & delicious food! Only thing lacking however are fresh home made tortillas but that's not gonna stopme from coming back again soon! Read more

Small place. Casual, funky cool decor. We had a drink at the bar and ordered food to go. The fish and shrimp were excellent!... Unique and tasty salsa. Rice and beans were typical, and that's a good thing. Bartender and service in general was great. Thecarne asada was a bit tough and sitting in a pool of oil. We'll be back, but maybe not for the carne asada. Read more

First time here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good, however, they could have added more salt and... seasoning. The guacamole is made table-side, which is a nice touch, but it lacked seasoning. The albondigas soup had good flavorto the broth and had a good amount of veggies. However, the meatballs were not tender and the meat tasted bland. The chile verdehad small chunks of pork that were overcooked so they were dry despite them swimming in sauce. The rice and beans were good. Myhusband had the molcajete. It came to the table sizzling hot, with an assortment of meats and seafood. Again, the meat wasovercooked, almost jerky-like and had to be dipped in the sauce to have flavor. We really wanted to like this place as it hasbeen recommended to us several times. Maybe our dinner choices weren't the best they had to offer. We're willing to give itanother chance. Read more
