Good customer service but you have to make sure you get napkins or straws
I always love a Jamba juice! A win for a chocolate moo'd with daily vitamins boost!They have great options and variety of... flavors for drinks, smoothies and milkshakes with healthy options to substitute. I do think they are a bit over priced though.They also have some drinks that aren't on the menu and when I asked if they have a paper menu with all drink options and caloriecount of the drinks, they did not have anything. They used to have that, but I guess not anymore. Bring that menu back! Read more

The girls that work here are consistently rude. This is not the first time they have been rude. My drink wasn?t blended well... either and they gave me the wrong size cup even after I corrected her and said I wanted a large cup. I didn?t bother to get itcorrected because I will not be giving them by business. Unprofessional and just rude. Read more
I was hungry but, didn't want anything heavy. I placed a online order for curbside pickup. I waited 10 minutes past the pickup... time when finally went inside to see if my drink was ready. It had been ready and was melted. No one changed the status of theorder so it can be brought out to me. I let them know it was melted and instead of remaking it the young lady added ice andreblended which waters the flavor down. Complete waste of my time Read more
I like this store but I have another closer to me. Lodi has excellent customer service though I find my usual razzmatazz is... often different from the time before... a little more tart, a lot more banana, or maybe quite sweet, no consistency. The trinityparkway store has good customer service also, they have flavors the other store says have been discontinued, more consistentflavors, but alas no drive through. Read more
