Poorly managed. Half of the ordering kiosks didn?t work, one of which didn?t tell me that it couldn?t take payments. I couldn?t... get hot tea with my breakfast meal. Jelly doesn?t come with English muffins. Cream and sugar don?t come on the side with coffee,and there are no cashiers around to give out cream and sugar. I have to say this was the worse experience I have ever had. They had me park which ok big deal until I noticed they had... everyone parking no joke ever car that came out of the drive thru parked and waited for there order. Ok whatever no big deal 5min go by I see a girl running out with a bunch of bags going car to car again at least 5 cars she is walking too. She comes tome asks me what I ordered I tell her she said she will be right back. 10 minutes later (we are now at 15 minutes total) I callin them. Manager answers the phone puts me on hold comes back a few minutes later tells me there is only one girl running theorders out and she is getting a bunch of them ready. Continue to wait finally a total of 22 minutes waiting in the parking lot Ifinally get my order. It would be one thing if it was hot and fresh but no it was cold and hard. I went thru the drive thru ony lunch break at approx.8:10 pm. I ordered 4 cheese burgers a small fry and a 20 piece chicken... nugget.. when I go back to work the McMuggets were hard and dry The fries and cheeseburgers were cold..I only work like 4minutes away.. Worst customer service. Incredibly rude and incompetent employees. You pay for sauce, ask before you drive off if it is in the... bag, they confirm. Only to find out it isn't in the bag, then the employee calls you a liar and says the reason it wasn't thereis because I didn't pay for it (which I clearly did!) This type of stuff happens repeatedly at this location. This is why youpeople make minimum wage. Read more
