People that work there are lucky to work there, and the people making the food could careless about the food they are preparing... and it really showed. Eating inside i felt like I was possibly eating inside a prison cafeteria. (They even have to buzz youinto the bathroom!) They don't give you a straw, napkins nor ketchup with your order. You have to ask for them. With this typeof customer service McDonald's will be the next fast food chain to be closing their doors....cut ?? corners loose customers???????? Read more
The manager there maybe has the worst customer service ever! I told her fresh nuggets and this is the second time its like she... hears what she wants to hear and always got a attitude... like if you hate your job then do something else... old dry nuggets...she needs a vacation.... permanently this isn't the job for her... only if they had negative stars... 09/12/2022 On this visit I used the drive-thru. It does get long sometimes, this is because it is next to the freeway. They... usually get you thru quickly. The quarter pounder was good and the fries were hot. The customer service was above average. Theperson who served me was nice and friendly. The outside area was neat and clean. Read more
Only one stall in the bathroom? I viewed McDonald's as one of the few bastions where you can reliably use the bathroom on a... roadtrip, but that perspective is clearly incorrect because there was only one stall in the bathroom and I had to wait ages touse it. Food was aight though. Read more
Sucks being totally ignored. I standing in line waiting to order, only for the Person taking orders to just pass by with out... asking " Have you been helped?" I had to knock on their plastic divider to get there attention. McDonald's has gone way downhill as far as service. Read more
The service was good. One of the women working there was super nice and checked in on me. She made sure my food was correct. If... the women isn't a manager, she should be made a manager. I would definitely go back when on the way home from SouthernCalifornia or Southern Nevada. The restaurant was clean and organized. Read more

The drive through was staffed by an entitled and rude millennial. Won't be stopping at this McD's ever again. The hash browns... were very brown, must have doubled up on the time in the deep fry, or deep fry oil needed change, or worse yet, they're talking them out from under the sun lamps and reheating them in the deep frier.
