I ordered a pizza online I was at the Robinhood store I had pushed my location and it said make this my store and I put yes so... That's where I thought I ordered, so the people working in that mountain Mike's said call and cancel because our order wasordered at the lodi location so I called right after I pushed send and the girl on the other end of the phone said they couldn'tcancel my order because it was finished already we got there and they brought the pizza out and it didn't have mushrooms so theysaid they were going to make us a fresh one so we waited about 20 minutes and they brought us the same pizza with raw mushroomson it by this time it was cold so we asked for our money back they said they couldn't do that because there was no managementavailable if the manager looks at the video he'll see that the girl behind the counter should've kept her mouth shut and therewouldn't have been a problem but some people don't know how to do that so we ended up leaving without a pizza and without our$42.00 there should be someone in charge the can give people there money back because money doesn't grow on trees I honestlythink they were trying to give me someone else's pizza that was already made my hole order came to $83.63 what good was the restof the food without the pizza it ruined out hole movie night we had planned Read more

Very disappointed! ?? I walked in specifically because the salad bar looked good but they charge over $10 for one serving.... That's crazy, I never heard of a salad bar that wasn't all you can eat! Read more
Worst service in town I called in for a order they told me 15 to 20minz and when I git there I had to wait till a nother 30minz... when you tell a customer 15 minz then it should be 15 to 20 that's why I asked for my money back bad service I wouldn't gothere place is dirty Read more
this place has fallen off since the last time we had it delivered. pizza was average at best, the ?cheese? bread has no cheese... on it and was basically just crust, the churros had a crazy amount of cinnamon on them and were uneatable. I?ll order elsewherenext time for sure Read more
Awesome pizza and great people run the place. I only have got take-out from there, so can only say their pizza is pretty tasty.... Even better is they're still open & offer take-out during the shelter in place order; unsure about delivery. But all the staffare wearing gloves & are being extra safe which put me at ease. Read more
I've never experienced such horrible service from this establishment. I was literally just at the cherokee location and the... female cashier(she was not wearing a name tag, she was short with a bun) I ordered online, went in to pick it up and sheimmediately gets an attitude and tells me, I never made the order. I was showing her my receipt with that location and yet shejust kept telling me it's not in her system oh well. I said excuse I'm not going to just get robbed of my $31, she said nothingshe could do. After a few minutes of arguing, she FINALLY walked to the back and came right back out with my order receipt andproceeded to tell me she doesn't understand why I got an attitude with her. Than she threw my pizza down and walked away. Sheshould've at least said I'm sorry she was wrong, or have a good night. But NOTHING. I refuse to ever order here in the eveningagain. Called for delivery, employees answered with a very rude and dismissive attitude. Was told would be about 45min. 1.5 hours later... we called and was told it's on its way. 30 min later we received a very cold and average pizza. I feel this was a passiveaggressive action on the girl answering the phone. Delivery driver purposely left our gate wide open, after being asked toplease close because of our dogs.
