I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience. The menu is very difficult for seniors, the help was very young and did not... want to clarify what Mom wanted. They made it very hard for her. No silverware, no salt and pepper, no butter for bread theykindly give you with your soup. We both had half sandwiches with soup. I got the completely wrong sandwich and our total was$27.26. Wow! Someone needs to manage this main attraction on Lower Sacramento and Hwy 12 in Lodi. Not pleased! Read more

Worst of worst ordered on line for outside pick up..took 15 mins after I arrived..ordered cheese flat bread outside crust hard... as a rock bottom crust fell away from cheese and totally COLD and little cheese. I also ordered Ceasar salad the half order..sosmall I mean small and lettuce was totally wilted didn't eat it, the cost was almost $7 total of my order was almost $18 forfood that was disgusting ..I have had food from.there before mostly pretty good ..what a complete let down....I would not tellmy worst enemy to eat there...sorry Penera you really disappointed... Very unprofessional and rude at this location. They forget items in your order and refuse to correct their mistake or make it... right. They'd rather make excuses and pass blame, after confirming THEY didn't include the item(s) in your bag. 'Management' isa joke. The way this Cafe is ran is baffling! Read more
Panera is doing a lot so well! This restaurant is a perfect example... Pleasant people, excellent food, clean bathrooms and... overall peaceful experience. I really love the people of Lodi, and this restaurant is a nice place for them to gather. Read more
