Update: tried to give them another chance. It's evening time maybe better service. Wrong I went there at 7 pm. Long line in... drive thru. Tried to go inside the door was unlocked only to be told the lobby is closed. It took forever to get food. Wasblocked in the drive thru and couldn't back out or would've. Avoid at all cost. Lodi store sucks and management doesn't seem tocare. Like their food but they need to do something with the drive thru line. Way to slow. Move people out of the line frontand walk it out to them. Stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes just to place my order. Lobby is closed. Nobody answers the phone in the restaurant.... Took 3 tried for the kid to get my order right and then another 15 minutes to get my food. Definitely avoid this place untilthey get people to work it. Read more
The worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Luckily I love your food so I'll be back to a DIFFERENT store but this one needs help! It... took 10 minutes just to order my food and I was first in line and I saw a man have to get different items because they were outof spicy and mild wings. There were only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived at the drive thru. It?s empty inside. I waited in line for over 30 minutes.... The cashier repeated my order with the sauces, then didn?t give me any of them. Then he tells me they?re out of what he justrepeated to me. I?ll be fulfilling my chicken needs elsewhere. They don?t have condiments like honey and they don?t have a straw or macaroni and cheese or basically anything ordered but won?t... tell you until you?ve waited 19 minutes in line and paid. It seems like management is being cheap. I wanted to share the tasteof Popeyes with my son since we were in town, but hey? the dogs enjoyed all the food we didn?t order but paid for so I guessit?s a win. Read more
