This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell?s we have ever been to. They have gone down hill with quality and service. The... employees don?t seem to understand the simple task of taking an order and getting it correct, ever. Our order was taken andcorrect of the receipt but when we received it, it of course was wrong. We had to go inside to have it fixed and to no surprise,it was wrong again! They didn?t allow us to substitute a taco for a different type of taco even though we have done so before?itwas just awful. This is not the first time this has happened. I visit this location fairly often. Order is almost always right. Service is fast. Friendly staff.
The amount of beans/sauce and cheese they put inside their regular bean burritos has dwindled down to almost nothing. A regular... bean burrito from this location is basically just a tortilla, and usually a crusty one too. They used to be bomb..filled with ahealthy amount. Ownership must be terrible. Read more
Ever since they hired new employees the quality has gone down hill, my orders are always wrong, they forget items. They used to... be great, and I'd frequent this establishment regularly because I thought it to be the best taco bell in town but, not anymore.I gotta say I'm quite disappointed in whoever is making the food. We been waiting for the Mexican pizza and everytime we go there they are out of stock. How hard is it to fry some tortillas.
