Wonderful ambiance in the lounge. The servers and bartenders were friendly. The bar menu "eats" were delicious especially the... truffle fries. Read more

I had dinner there for my birthday, the worst food ever. HALIBUT was bathed with salt, so salty I can't even explain, chicken... tasted like it was frozen and microwaved. It had BBQ sauce on the side of the chicken and raw vegetables not even steamed. Wewere not even greeted by the Bar staff on entrance, Tracy and the serving staff was great no doubt on that. Personally I willnot go there again. Read more

My favorite restaurant ! If you dine outside in the evening you get an amazing view of the beautiful property, while enjoying... one of the many heaters. Inside the main dining area you’ll find a small open area, very classy. And my favorite spot is thelounge area. At the very least there’s a live pianist playing Fri-Sun. (not sure how many days she’s there.) Great service!Food is second to none. Read more

We drove an hour to stay at wine and roses, have dinner there, play in the pool, and get a massage. So far our room is clean and... a decent size however the power went out at the restaurant and they called as we were headed over to eat so they could cancelour reservations. It was odd that the power was on everywhere else. We went to dinner a few blocks away and came back to ourroom so we could change and go to the pool. We walked over to the pool and it was closed even though they told us upon arrivalthat it would be open much later. We called the desk and they decided that since the power had gone out they were going to shutthe pool down even though all the lights were on over there. We have a massage scheduled for tomorrow but I'm not veryoptimistic that it's going to happen. This was basically a huge disappointment not to mention a waste of time and money. I'msure this isn't a regular occurrence but I most definitely won't be returning. Read more

Came here for breakfast for the first time last Saturday and it was great. My husband, the kids and I wanted to bring my parents... to a nice restaurant and they loved it. It's pricey but worth it. We made reservations that same morning but they only hadtables outside and it was perfect. This place is beautiful and the food is superb. The service is no less than that either. Theyhave the best customer service we have experienced and I can see it starts with the manager. The staff is just wonderful. Wewill sure be coming here again. Read more

I have been enjoying this hidden gem in Lodi for over 12 years and it has been our regular Sunday brunch place. Most recently... with the pandemic, this restaurant is the perfect place for safe, superb dining, and socially distanced seating. They have manytables that are spaced to comply with CDC guidelines. Staff strictly adheres to the rules and sanitation procedures. This LaborDay weekend, with temperatures over 100 and smoky poor air quality, we were so thankful for the staff's arrangement for a lovelybirthday luncheon seated at two separate tables in the redwood grove area. The teak tables/chairs surrounded by beautifulredwood trees provided a healthy, refreshing, cool, and the perfect spot for our families while social distancing. There wasplenty of room for a stroller for our infant. Staff was so accommodating by providing hot water in a bowl to warm up theinfant's meal. As always, Wine & Roses' Towne Restaurant's fine cuisine was enjoyed by all. The kid's menu included popular anddelicious selections including fruit and drinks; it was so good that my granddaughter couldn't stop eating her meal for a photowith her family. The complimentary birthday champagne and the candle on the dessert were the perfect touches to a birthdaycelebration. All of the staff were very attentive and non-intrusive. Water glasses were regularly refilled. We all had such afabulous time. It was definitely worth the almost two-hour drive from San Francisco plus a bonus trip to the Lodi wineries. Please see the photos (including a few from a prior visit) for the amazing brunch and gorgeous scenic setting. Congratulationsto the Chef, Restaurant Manager Tricia Maley, and Staff for consistently providing an exceptional dining experience for everyoneof all ages. Read more
