Worst experience ever, went to Popeyes in Lodi Nj ordered popcorn shrimp meal with side Mac&cheese. The shrimps was so old I... couldn?t eat them, went back to complain at counter, was told that they were sorry, that if I had call n waiting 5 mins theywould have been fresh. Ridiculous, 12 piece tenders with fries and biscuits for $38 is insanity. Worst part is the amount of fries they gave you, you... can actually count with ease. How can you provide a family meal and give only enough sidedish for one toddler. Then the extraorder of rice and Mac and cheese brings the total to $49. They fill both containers 1/4 of the way. Pricing at the register doesnot match pricing advertised at the menu. You spend $50 and they skimp out on your food and you need to beg for more than onesauce. How do you hand out two sauces for 12 tenders. I truly believe their pricing does not match the pricing of otherlocations. The manager/owner should be reprimanded by corporate and this place needs to be cleansed from top to bottom. I willnever waste my time with these rude, over pricing, skimping people again. My husband went to get a meal but what he saw he didn't get anything! Because they were heating the chicken in the... microwave???????? he said that's what they do!! No other locations we went ever seen that!!! Because they don't sell as otherPopeyes do! Went there once never again. I'll drive far to get it! Paid $35 for this meal and it's not even hot. Charging $9 for 6 pieces of small shrimp is a rip off Picked it up by myself, not... coming back here again. Should have left when I saw the drive thru menu being held up by duct tape. Read more

Worse experience ever, the workers are super rude, first I spent 20mn on the speaker and no one said anything. I pulled up went... to the window and the person told me that they were busy but at least they should say something, she made me go around becauseshe couldn?t take it on the window. I've come here on 3 occasions, hoping for a different experience each time but getting the same one. Employees here DGAF and... management really needs to start enforcing some repercussions towards them -- People waiting around after placing online ordersfor pickup for 30 MINUTES or more. Employees LOCKING THE FRONT DOORS on customers because they don't want to be bothered towork. This is inexcusable: you never willfully turn away business in a franchise. The owner is losing out on all sorts ofrevenue. I'd get fired for this type of behavior at some of my past jobs! They are constantly "out of" everything here, which Ifind to be complete BS. They just don't want to be bothered to fry up more spicy chicken, so they tell people they're out ofspicy. Surely you can do better than this place. Avoid at all costs. Read more
